Product Features:
1. The masterbatch uses a special granulation process, making it easy to add, with precise dosing (active content adjustable below 70%), uniform dispersion, and excellent storage stability.
2. Under high-temperature conditions, the active substance is not easily exuded. The masterbatch surface remains dry and non-sticky, with excellent anti-caking properties.
3. It has excellent compatibility with polyolefins, significantly reducing exudation and blooming. It also shows excellent synergistic effects with other high molecular weight hindered amine light stabilizers.
4. The masterbatch does not exude or become sticky, facilitating transportation, storage, addition, dosing, and dispersion. The active content can be quickly detected.
Application Areas:
Suitable for polyolefin products, especially automotive interior and exterior parts. It can also be used in wood-plastic composites, packaging industry, etc.
